Privacy Policy

1. Who operates TimeWorth

TimeWorth at gettimeworth.com is operated by Alexander Udalaiskiy, trading as TransKarp Studio, in Ukraine (“TransKarp Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For questions or privacy requests, email transkarpstudio@gmail.com.

2. Calculator information stays in your browser

TimeWorth lets you enter information such as a product name and category, purchase price, income values, working days and hours, calculator settings, and answers in the Personal Advice section.

Calculations and rule-based recommendations are performed locally in your browser. Unless you choose to create a public Share link or include the information in a contact message, TransKarp Studio does not receive or store calculator inputs, Personal Advice answers, or results. There are no user accounts, and calculator information is not associated with a user profile.

If you voluntarily include calculator or financial information in a contact message, that information is handled as part of the communication described below.

3. Share results

When you choose to create a public Share link, TimeWorth sends and stores a limited result record in Cloudflare D1. It contains a random link identifier, language, product name and category, working-time result, formatted time, verdict, recommendation summary, optional Personal Advice summary, Journey presentation keys, creation and expiry times, last-opened time, and an aggregate activity count. If you enable “Show purchase price,” the price and currency used to format it are also stored.

Share records do not include your income, work schedule, individual Personal Advice answers, email address, or an account identifier. The price is off by default. Anyone with the link can view the shared contents, and social or messaging services may request its Open Graph preview. The first qualifying human view, and at most one later active period per rolling 24 hours, can update the last-opened time, extend the rolling expiry, and increment the aggregate activity count.

A Share record is scheduled to expire 180 days after creation or the most recent counted human opening and is then deleted by periodic cleanup. It may remain briefly after expiry until cleanup runs, but neither the Share page nor its Open Graph preview is returned as available. A downloaded Share image is created in your browser and saved to your device; TimeWorth does not store that downloaded file.

To limit automated creation, TimeWorth converts the request source into a keyed HMAC identifier and stores that identifier with the attempt time in Cloudflare D1 for no more than 24 hours. This admission record does not contain the source IP address itself and is used only to enforce per-source and service-wide Share creation limits.

4. Contact communications

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message content, and any other information you voluntarily include.

If you use the TimeWorth contact form, we receive your message and any optional name or email address you provide. The form sends this information through a Cloudflare Pages Function to Resend, an email-delivery provider, so it can be delivered to us.

To prevent automated abuse, the form converts the request source into a keyed HMAC identifier and stores that identifier with the attempt time in Cloudflare D1 for no more than 24 hours. The rate-limit record does not contain the source IP address itself and is used only to enforce per-source and service-wide delivery limits.

We use contact information to respond, maintain necessary correspondence, protect and troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this processing may be necessary to respond to your request, based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting TimeWorth, or required by law.

5. Technical and hosting data

TimeWorth is configured for deployment using Cloudflare infrastructure. When you request a page or submit the contact form, Cloudflare and related network providers may automatically process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include your IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, request time, response status, and security or diagnostic logs.

TransKarp Studio does not currently use this technical information to build advertising profiles or track your behavior across websites. Provider logs may nevertheless be generated and retained under the provider’s own operational, security, and legal practices.

TimeWorth also requests font files from Google Fonts. As part of delivering those files, Google may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s own privacy practices.

6. Cookies and browser storage

TimeWorth does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or other non-essential tracking cookies. Google Analytics, GA4, and similar behavioral analytics platforms are not enabled. Because the current service does not use consent-requiring tracking technologies, it does not display a cookie-consent banner.

The site uses your browser’s session storage for one limited interface purpose: to avoid immediately repeating the same randomized editorial message during a browsing session. This value is an index for presentation content. It does not contain calculator inputs, results, or an identifier used to track you across websites, and the browser normally removes it when the session ends.

7. How we use information

Where TransKarp Studio receives personal information, we use it only as reasonably necessary to:

• deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot TimeWorth;
• receive and respond to messages or privacy requests;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
• meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use calculator or Share values for analytics, advertising, automated profiling, or decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information:

• to service providers that help deliver, secure, or operate TimeWorth, including Cloudflare for hosting, network services, and D1 storage used by Share, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Google for font delivery, and the providers involved in ordinary email correspondence;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with law, a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, TransKarp Studio, or others; or
• in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate legal protections.

Service providers process information under their own terms and applicable obligations. We aim to share only what is needed for the relevant service or legal purpose.

9. International processing

TransKarp Studio is based in Ukraine. The service providers used for hosting, font delivery, email delivery, or correspondence may process information in countries outside Ukraine or outside your country of residence.

Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on an appropriate lawful mechanism or other permitted basis. The protections and rights available to you depend on your location and the law that applies to the processing.

10. Data retention

Calculator inputs and results that you do not submit through Share or a contact message are not retained by TransKarp Studio. Public Share records follow the 180-day rolling expiry described above.

Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain necessary records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the communication and applicable requirements.

Contact-form and Share-creation rate-limit records contain only a keyed source identifier and attempt time and are retained for no more than 24 hours.

Hosting, security, email, and other service providers may retain technical or delivery records according to their own retention settings and legal obligations.

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the current service. However, no website, network transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request. A public Share link is not private or password-protected.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, including Ukrainian data-protection law or the GDPR where it applies, you may have rights to:

• ask whether we process personal information about you and request access to it;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion or restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
• object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• receive certain information in a portable format where applicable; and
• complain to an appropriate data-protection authority or seek another remedy available by law.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. To submit a request, email transkarpstudio@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate relevant records.

13. Children’s privacy

TimeWorth is intended for a general audience and is not knowingly designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a contact message, please email us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

14. Third-party links

TimeWorth may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to a third party.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when TimeWorth, our providers, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice where appropriate.
