1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use TimeWorth atgettimeworth.com, including its localized pages, Guides, calculator, contact form, and Share features. TimeWorth is operated from Ukraine by Alexander Udalaiskiy, trading as TransKarp Studio (“TransKarp Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using TimeWorth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About TimeWorth

TimeWorth is a free informational web calculator. It converts the price of a potential purchase into an estimated amount of working time based on a product name and category, price, one or more income sources, and work schedule. It may also provide a time breakdown, Journey, Time in Perspective comparisons, Guides, general and category-based context, and optional rule-based Personal Advice to help you reflect on a purchase.

TimeWorth does not sell products, process purchases, hold money, provide credit, or act for a retailer, employer, financial institution, or professional adviser.

3. Sharing results

TimeWorth lets you create a public link or download an image containing selected parts of a calculation. A shared result may include the product name and category, working-time result, general and personal-advice summaries, verdict, and Journey presentation. The purchase price is excluded unless you choose to include it. Income, work schedule, and individual Personal Advice answers are not included.

Anyone who receives a public Share link may view and redistribute its contents. If you include the purchase price, another person may be able to estimate your approximate hourly pay from the price and working-time result. Review the preview and avoid sharing personal, confidential, or third-party information without permission.

Share links are temporary and may expire, be removed, or become unavailable. Downloaded images are stored and shared by you, and any external sharing application or platform is governed by its own terms.

4. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use TimeWorth only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use the service for or on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You must use TimeWorth in a lawful manner and comply with applicable laws and the rights of others.

5. Estimates, not professional advice

TimeWorth provides general information only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, employment, accounting, or purchasing advice. Nothing on TimeWorth is a recommendation or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

All calculations, recommendations, comparisons, and timelines are estimates. Actual working time and the real cost of a purchase may differ because of matters including:

• taxes, deductions, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and irregular income;
• unpaid time, leave, overtime, and changes in working hours;
• exchange rates and differences between gross and take-home income;
• financing costs, interest, insurance, maintenance, subscriptions, taxes, and fees;
• price changes, refunds, discounts, and other personal or market circumstances.

The service cannot account for every fact that may affect affordability, value, or your financial wellbeing.

6. Your decisions and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the information you enter and for checking results before relying on them. You remain solely responsible for your purchasing, employment, budgeting, and other financial decisions.

Consider your own needs, obligations, savings, debts, risks, and circumstances. Seek appropriate professional advice when a decision is important or uncertain.

7. Prohibited misuse

You must not:

• use TimeWorth for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or related systems;
• interfere with security, availability, or the normal operation of the service;
• introduce malicious code or use automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens the service;
• misrepresent your relationship with TimeWorth or TransKarp Studio; or
• copy, extract, or exploit the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

TimeWorth’s software, design, text, graphics, branding, and other original content are owned by TransKarp Studio or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use TimeWorth for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership or allow you to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the service or its content except where applicable law permits it or we give prior written permission.

9. Third-party websites and services

TimeWorth may link to or depend on third-party websites and services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

10. Availability and changes to TimeWorth

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of TimeWorth. We do not promise that the service or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Where reasonably practical, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TimeWorth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that its estimates will be complete, accurate, suitable for a particular decision, continuously available, or free from errors or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TransKarp Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on TimeWorth, including losses connected with a purchase or financial decision.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other category protected by mandatory law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory consumer protections, rights, or remedies available to you under the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

14. General provisions

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to TimeWorth, our practices, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date will show when the current version took effect. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of TimeWorth after updated Terms take effect means that the updated Terms apply to your later use of the service.
